On its 11th Annual Edition, the Smart City Business Brazil Congress has consolidated its position as the most relevant business congress in the Smart City industry in Latin America. This year, we are pleased to announce the call for papers for the 1st IC² – International Conference on Theory and Practice of Intelligent Cities, scheduled in São Paulo, Brazil, on May 14-15, 2024. The theme of this first edition will be “THE NEW URBAN AGENDA“
The Smart City Business America Institute (SCBA) proudly sponsors the conference with the academic support of CONECTICIDADES – Laboratório de Cidades, Tecnologia e Urbanismo, Engenharia de Produção, Escola Politécnica de São Paulo, Universidade de São Paulo and Fundação Vanzolini.
Submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by an esteemed panel of experts. We will only accept short papers in English, while the presentations can be in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
Accepted papers presented during the conference will be published in the conference proceedings.

Submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by an esteemed panel of experts. We will only accept short papers in English, up to 5 pages, formatted under the IEEE Guidelines, as defined in the “call for papers” . Presentations can be in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
